I wanted to combine fabric with knitwear.
I recovered the cuffs and the waistband from a "basket stitch" sweater that had defects and combined it with a checked and polka dot fabric, fortunately the colors matched.
The cotton fabric is a lightweight flannel.
Double-breasted neckline.

To be worn over trousers and or skirt.
