The fabric is 97% wool and 3% elastane, medium weight in white, black and dark brown
I matched dark brown shiny buttons and buckle.

The skirt is made up of 4 sheets cut in fake bias, typical of the 40s.

Like any garment I make, the fabric is wet before being cut, but I still recommend dry cleaning, or by hand (without wringing it out).
