.... How can I proceed with the purchase?
It's easy, choose the garment you like best, check the measurements and compare it to a garment you have at home, once you've chosen the size, you can access your cart where you can find 2 payment methods: paypal or credit card .

.... I just ordered! How long will it take to receive my clothes?
Thank you for ordering from The Black Pinafore, your items will be shipped within 3 working days and depending on where you are, you should receive them within these working days:
1/3 if you live in Italy with BARTOLINI courier
4/6 if you live in Europe DPD GROUP (Bartolini)
6/8 if you live in a non-European union registered mail by the Italian post office with track
8/12 if you live in America registered mail Italian post with track
8/12 if you live in Australia registered mail Italian post office
N.B. may vary according to the customs description.
The cost is displayed at check out.
Please provide the best email and telephone contact when placing your order.
Please note that if you are ordering from a country outside the EU, you may incur customs fees that are solely at your expense. The Black Pinafore does not assume any customs charges. Furthermore, it is not liable for damages, lost parcels, incorrect addresses or telephone numbers or problems caused by couriers or post offices.

... Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
It is possible to make a return within 14 days from the purchase of clothing in standard sizes, the purchased item must not be damaged, but intact in its packaging.
Unfortunately we do not carry out returns on custom and custom-made garments, but
please write theblackpinafore@gmail.com to find the best solution.
Attention we do not reimburse the return shipping costs, but the cost of the garment.
Once we receive your package we will process your return and we will refund you within 7 working days.
